MEET OUR GUEST SPEAKER:
Decorated War Hero Chad Fleming
Captain Fleming’s story is one of courage, perseverance, and triumph over adversity. As a speaker, he captivates and challenges audiences to prioritize on what matters most to become better leaders and teammates in their personal and professional lives.
As an Airborne Ranger, Chad served in the US Special Operations Command, 75th Ranger Regiment, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Wounded three times and undergoing 23 surgeries, one of which resulted in the amputation of his left leg below the knee, he re-deployed 5 times after his injuries. Among his many awards are two Bronze Star Medals and three Purple Heart Medals.
But that is only part of his story. During our Silver Summit, Chad will share his inspiring story of courage, conviction, and ultimate success. It promises to be one of the highlights of our gathering and one you will carry with you as you return to your home and business.
